How to Apply
Parents/guardians may request an application packet at any time by calling the school at 410-242-1212. Application packets may be available through the student’s school. Packets will also be available at the Open House. The Application Form and the Teacher Recommendation Form may also be downloaded from this website. Please note that the summer program (June 27 to July 15, 2011) is required for admission to the school. The application packet includes the following items:
- Application Form - This form requests family and student biographical information and is to be completed by the parent/guardian. The “Student Statement of Interest” is to be completed by the student only.
- Two Teacher Recommendation Forms - These forms are to be filled out by the fourth grade teacher and another recent teacher.
- Transcript Release Form - This form should be returned to Sisters Academy with the Application Form.
- Students considered for admission into Sisters Academy need to be eligible for the federal lunch program; therefore, proof of family income is required for admission.
