We seek individuals who are eager to impart knowledge and experience to our school community through direct engagement with students or through an administrative capacity.

Sisters Academy of Baltimore is an equal opportunity employer. We offer compensation and benefits that are commensurate with area independent and Catholic schools. Sisters Academy operates on an 11-month calendar from mid-August through mid-July. Faculty observe multiple one or two-week breaks throughout the school year. Non-teaching, 12-month personnel observe a more traditional work schedule. Specifics are part of each individual’s employment contract.

All applicants must pass a series of background checks. This includes the Maryland State Department of Education Employment history review for child sexual abuse and sexual misconduct.
